Once an order has been shipped, you will normally receive e-mail notification along with the order tracking number. Orders shipped directly from manufacturers may not have tracking numbers immediately available.

Making Changes to Your Order

Our business offices are open M-F from 7am-4pm PST. We are only able to make changes during our business hours. Most orders are processed electronically and can not be modified or canceled after the order has been placed. We will make our best effort to modify or cancel your order, but we are not always able to do so.

Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.

Special orders or orders containing a large quantity of items may incur a cancellation fee to cover the cost of procuring items from a supplier or manufacturer. Shipping fees will not be refunded for cancelled orders that have already shipped.

Review our return policy. If you have an account, login and request a return under My Account. If you don't have an Account, please contact us to return an item.

To calculate the time for your package to arrive, add the estimated "ships out" time to the transit time for the selected carrier and/or delivery service.

For example: You ordered a product with a ships out time of 3 Days and you chose UPS Ground which takes 1-5 business days to arrive. Your package should arrive in 8 business days. If the shipment and reciept of the order is time critical (i.e. vessel repairs or pending voyages) please call us to place your order so we can better assist your specific needs.

 

Times are expressed in business days, excluding holidays. During periods of high activity such as approaching holidays, delivery times may be longer than indicated and inventories may not be current. Additional delays may be encountered.

 

Although we try to maintain up-to-date order "ships out" times, these estimates are subject to change.

International Shipments will incur additional processing time. Orders with multiple products may be consolidated from different domestic warehouses. This may add a 2-7 day delay prior to shipment.

Your order may ship in separate boxes or from multiple warehouses. Shipping dates may change due to changes in supply or freight scheduling. In most cases, orders will be held until all items are available to ship.

 

Holiday Closures

 

The following holidays we are closed and will not process orders until the following buisness day: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday After, Christmas Eve / Day

Note: We may revise your shipping method and charges. If the shipping cost changes due to shipping location or package size, we will contact you for approval.

Shipping times are estimates only. Times may vary depending on warehouse location, shipping carrier, and customs if any. Not all methods of shipping are available in all areas.

Understanding UPS Delivery Routes and Times

Transit Time

 

The number of days, excluding weekends and holidays, that a package is in transit from pickup (Ship Date) to delivery.

Ship Date

 

The day that your package is tendered to UPS or FedEx and begins the journey to its destination.

Delivery Time

 

Other than time-definite air deliveries, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9am and 7pm (and sometimes later in certain locations) to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS / FedEx cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window. Up to three delivery attempts will be made, excluding weekends and holidays. In the US and Canada, for residential deliveries that require a signature, you can leave instructions for the driver if no one will be home. For example, you can ask that the shipment be delivered to a neighbor who will be home. If an adult signature is required and the sender has instructed us not to leave the shipment with a neighbor, UPS will make another delivery attempt on the next business day. Shipments that don't require a signature can be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.

  • Available to all U.S. addresses including Post Office Boxes, APO/FPOs and military addresses

Important Disclaimer for Shipments via United States Postal Service: Shipments performed by United States Postal Service (USPS) and your local postal authority provide an economic alternative to air freight and other parcel delivery service companies. However, the USPS shipping methods do not provide the same level of reliability, the ability to track your shipments, and do not offer expedient claims handling for lost shipments as compared to services offered by the air freight and other parcel delivery service companies.

Note: Orders with multiple items utilizing different warehouses will be consolidated before shipment. This may add a 2-6 day delay. Taxes and Duties are not included.

Note: Shipping charges on the web site may not reflect accurate rates due to oversized shipments or because of international carrier restrictions. Your order may need to be revised and we will send you a revised shipping quote or may need to be canceled. Our shipping department will let you know if a modification or cancelation needs to be made to your order. These items may include but are not limited to, liquid, flammable, hazardous, or oversized material.

Customs, Duties, Import and Brokerage Fees

Custom procedures vary by country and agent, we recommend that you check with local officials regarding costs and procedures. Go2marine will provide invoices for international orders. Go2marine is not responsible for customs and duties charges or delays caused by custom officials, shipping agents or flight delays. Customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes and will be billed for all that are charged back to Go2marine after the initial shipment. By not accepting the delivery of an international order, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.

Freight Forwarding

On large orders, and/or ocean shipments we will gladly work with our customer's freight forwarder. Simply provide us with the freight forwarder's full company name, contact person, address, phone and fax. We also require the address and phone number of the final destination.

    WARNING: By choosing UPS STANDARD as a shipping method...Customs, Brokerage & Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or remitted by LFS Inc. and are thus not included in this billed price. The customer will pay these fees directly to the carrier at time of delivery. Because these fees are often in excess of $35 USD this is not a recommended shipping method for small orders. Packages that are refused at time of delivery will still incur these fees in addition to return postage fees, which will be charged to the customer's credit card. These include but are not limited to, restocking fees, duties, outbound shipping and return shipping charges.

USPS Express Mail International

Items marked hazardous Hazardous Itemwith an will incur a $35.00 handling fee in addition to other freight charges. International shipments may be charged more. If it is necessary for us to ship from multiple locations to fill your order, this fee will be applied to each shipment.

Other Hazardous items (Not marked Hazardous Item

Items not marked with an ( Hazardous Item>) may incur hazardous fees if shipped expedited (i.e. Air Freight) or if they are going outside the continental U.S. (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all the Trust Territories such as Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands etc.)These items are identified with an informational bullet on the product page. If it is necessary for us to ship from multiple locations to fill your order, this fee will be applied to each shipment.

Hazardous fees are only charged for orders containing materials identified by a regulatory authority as being hazardous.

Auto-freight/ocean-freight is used for items weighing over 150 pounds, for over-sized items, or for items not able to be shipped by air. Shipping these products will require us to quote to you the shipping cost based upon your specific needs. A quote is usually sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase. Your response will be required to process your order. After your order is processed, you will be notified of your delivery date and time. If an authorized person 18 years or older is not available to sign for the delivery, we will arrange a more convenient time for you.

When the Free Shipping promotion is being offered, we provide Free Shipping on online orders over $99 and less than 25lbs. To determine if your order qualifies for Free Shipping, it must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Subtotal must be more than $99.00
  • Shipping address must be within the contiguous (lower 48) United States
  • Package weight or equivalent dimensional weight must be less than 25lbs

Note: Dimensional weight is calculated by the size of the package as determined by the shipping carrier. Occasionally large items have an actual weight of less than 25lbs but are over 25lbs in dimensional weight (i.e. davits, ice chests, gas tanks, certain chairs...).

Free Shipping does NOT apply to:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Hazardous materials or chemical items
  • Oversized
  • Truck freight
