McMurdo Hydrostatic Release (HRU) Kit for Category II (manual release) EPIRBs. This 'BreaktHRU' - Hydrostatic Release (HRU) Kit from McMurdo is smaller than other HRUs currently available & unique in its use of a small pyrotechnic charge which enables the EPIRBs to automatically float free.
