Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased*, download and print the Return Merchandise Form (located below) and fill out completely.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • All special order/non-stock items will have a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned in new condition with manufacturer's original packaging, tags attached, and all parts included.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless an error was made on our part.  
  • Return shipping charges are customer's responsibility.
  • If making an exchange, you will be billed for the additional outgoing shipping charge. 
  • Items purchased with free shipping will be refunded the price of the item minus the outgoing shipping amount.

*Note: Some items are not returnable. Inflatable PFD's, cut rope, some special order items, and clearance items are not returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
